City of Porvoo – Office Space Utilization
A commercial property originally built in the 1980s was renovated to create new shared office spaces for the City of Porvoo’s departments. The property is located in the city center, on the corner of Porvoo Market Square.
The city’s departments moved into the Nimbus building from three separate locations. The new shared office spaces support Porvoo’s workplace strategy, focusing on functionality, comfort, flexibility, sustainability, and space efficiency. These shared environments also enhance collaboration between departments.
Turku Technology Properties – Property Utilization
Turku Technology Properties began using Supersight services in early 2023.
In total, there are 18 properties with a combined area of 160,430 m².
With Supersight, real data on actual occupancy levels in office spaces is obtained, making it easier to allocate space efficiently according to real needs.
