Supporting Tomorrow's Innovators: Thesis Project with Laurea University of Applied Sciences
Supporting the next generation of business innovators
Innovation does not happen only in research laboratories: we have supported the completion of a new thesis project with Laurea University of Applied Sciences, where Aaro Pentikäinen examined how CRM data and analytics can be used to improve B2B sales conversion and support data-driven sales management in a growing technology company.
The work provided valuable insights into sales process development, CRM practices, and future opportunities for AI-assisted sales operations. Just as importantly, it gave a student the opportunity to work with business data, growth challenges, and a real international technology company.
At Supersight, we actively collaborate with universities and educational institutions across multiple disciplines: AI and computer vision research, Edge computing and distributed intelligence, Sustainability and smart buildings, Business development and sales management, Data analytics and software engineering.
Supporting young super talent is an investment in the future. Today's students are tomorrow's entrepreneurs, engineers, researchers, and business leaders. By opening Supersight doors to thesis projects, internships, and research collaborations, we continue to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world impact.
Congratulations to Aaro on completing his thesis with the highest possible grades and graduating with a scholarship, and thank you to the team at Laurea University of Applied Sciences for the collaboration.
We wish you good luck Aaaro and success in your Salesforce's Commercial Graduate Sales Path in Ireland, which will be the next step in your career success.
