Position Overview:
Are you ready to drive international expansion and shape the financial strategy of a cutting-edge startup making waves in the tech industry? Supersight, the provider of the world’s most accurate people counting solution with total privacy protection and certified sensors, is looking for a new member to join our team as Head of Growth. The person has a strong mix of financial acumen, business strategy, and operational expertise to drive sustainable growth while managing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in Supersight's expansion and financial success. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Financial & Cash Flow Management

1. Strong understanding of cash flow planning (timing of expenses vs. revenue)
2. Experience in working capital management (optimizing payments, receivables, and investments).
3. Ability to assess cost-effective purchasing strategies
4. Knowledge of startup financing options (equity, debt, and alternative funding sources)

2. Strategic Business Growth & Market Expansion

1. Ability to analyse and prioritise customer segments & target markets
2. Experience in international market research & entry strategy
3. Knowledge of B2B sales strategy & corporate customer acquisition strategies
4. Ability to evaluate local regulations & business practices in new markets
   

3. Data-Driven Decision Making & Risk Management

1. Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills
2. Ability to evaluate investment vs. ROI in hiring, sales expansion, and service delivery
   

Qualifications:

1. Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
2. Experience in cross-functional collaboration (working with sales, tech, and operations teams)
3. High adaptability & problem-solving skills
4. Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5. Experience in a growth-stage startup or scaling a tech business internationally
6. Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and/or operations management
